The results are in for the All Songs Considered listener’s poll for best albums of 2009. All and all it’s quality list. Neko Case’s groundbreaking record “Middle Cyclone” comes in at number 4 while The Swell Season’s intensely soulful album “Strict Joy” lands at an equally respectable number 14 .
